What began small has grown year after year — today we can say with some pride that we are one of the leading providers of contractor apartments in the Sauerland and in NRW. With well over 100 beds in our portfolio, we specialise in large construction projects. Small crews and individuals find the right place with us just as well.

Our motto has always been: maximum comfort at the best value for money. Lean organisation, fixed standards and the strength of a family business allow us to offer workers above-average apartments at fair prices.

We are hosts by passion — personally reachable for our guests around the clock. There is no key safe and no door code here: you are welcomed in person.
