We do not rent single rooms. We house entire construction crews — in complete apartments with kitchen, washing machine and room for two to six people. We have accommodation in Altena, Plettenberg, Neuenrade, Sundern, Iserlohn and Hagen; covering an area of operation that reaches Dortmund in the north and, via Lennestadt and Olpe, Siegen in the south. New: our house in Sundern-Amecke opens up the Hochsauerland as far as Arnsberg and Meschede.

Altena
Most of our apartments, plus our office. Werdohl, Nachrodt and Lüdenscheid are between twelve and twenty minutes away — a route our guests drive every working day.

Accommodation for teams working in the south of the Märkischer Kreis district. The two towns are less than fifteen minutes apart, and Werdohl is just as close.
Iserlohn · Hagen
For construction sites in the north and towards the Ruhr area. From Iserlohn, Hemer is a quarter of an hour away.
What we need from you
Dates, headcount, site location. Nothing more. We come back to you with a concrete proposal: which house, which apartment, what price. Usually the same day, often within an hour.
