Our building is located in Altena in the Lenne valley, around 10–15 km from Iserlohn. Your fitters reach the companies in and around Iserlohn in 15–20 minutes, and Dornbracht or ORAS in about 20–25 minutes. Parking for vans and company cars is available directly at the building, and shops and a petrol station are on the way towards Iserlohn.

The largest town in the Märkischer Kreis (~92,000 inhabitants), the "Waldstadt" (forest town). Strong metal and wire industry, fittings (Dornbracht), medical products (MEDICE). Only 15–20 min. from our Altena location.

Public-sector projects

Iserlohn is home to larger public clients such as the municipal utilities and the employment agency, which regularly put refurbishments, conversions and technical trades out to tender. Added to that are infrastructure projects such as road and bridge works within the town. In the Iserlohn area we have already accommodated teams working on the A45 and A46 motorway construction, the fibre-optic rollout and the reconstruction after the 2021 floods — with a single invoice for the company and straightforward extensions if a project runs longer.

Shopping & supplies
