Our house in Altena sits in the Lenne valley, 20–25 km south of Hagen — quiet evenings instead of inner-city noise. Following the Lenne valley, you're in Hohenlimburg at Thyssenkrupp, Bilstein and the strip steel plants in 15–20 minutes, and in central Hagen or the Lennetal industrial estate in 20–25. Parking for vans right outside the house — a drive teams happily accept for modern apartments at Sauerland rates.
